CORRECTION 6.1 - Conflict Deaths tile re-anchored to ACLED Conflict Index published figures: ~244,700 fatalities worldwide in the 12 months through Nov 2025 (~20K/month). The 28,400 battle-deaths-YTD figure carried since launch failed a source check - no ACLED publication contains it and it is ~4x below ACLED-scale run rates. Prompted by fact-checking a 45K Russian monthly losses headline: actual GS July figure 42,860 counts killed+wounded+missing+captured; independent death-only estimates run ~1/3 of claimed losses. Composites unchanged this correction; Edge DEATHS input re-basing lands in issue 7.
